Mindfulness - Private Instruction
A sustainable mindfulness practice requires intention, commitment, practice and guidance. Personalized instruction is a powerful process that provides individuals with concrete, reliable strategies, helpful in obtaining balance, stability and sustainable stress relief at work and in their personal lives. While incorporating a patient and compassionate approach, I work to guide my students to their own deep internal resources for managing a variety of issues and conditions including stress (work related, financial, family/relationship or health), sleeping disorders, anxiety, depression, high blood pressure, chronic pain, fatigue, headaches and other problems inhibiting one’s quality of life.
Beginners - 3 Month Program
(one 90 minute discovery session and 12/60 minute follow-up sessions)
This beginner's program is designed to ensure that you are able to apply the practice to your life in an effective and sustainable way. The program begins with a 90 minute discovery session. During this session I get to know you and what your intention is for learning the practice. Following each session, you will receive session notes as well as additional resources to help you practice between sessions.
Initial Consultation - 90 minutes
Family $275.00 (3-5 participants) 1.5-2.0 hours
Follow-up - Beginner’s program - Minimum 3 month commitment (12 sessions)
Individual $1,500.00 - 12/60 minute sessions
Couple $2,100.00 - 12/60 minute sessions
Family $3,300.00 - 12/90 minute sessions
Make-up classes follow single session rates for individuals.
Monthly payment options available.
Financial aid available for those in need.
